We
have outlined hereafter the step by step process
from point of origin to destination including
import/export documentation, packaging materials,
insurance cover.
. We will carry out a pre-move survey , or where
this is not possible work from a fully itemised
listing as supplied by you either in writing or
by telephone, the details of which will be confirmed.

We will set up a suitable date for packing and
will provide professionally qualified crew to
pack, wrap and collect the goods from the employee's
residence in a safe and secure manner using appropriately
designed and maintained packaging materials, and
appropriately trained staff.

Upon completion of packing the goods will be loaded
safely and securely into air cartons, wooden crates,
shipping containers or trucks where appropriate.
Prior to loading all containers are duly checked
to ensure that they are suitable for shipping.
We use only the most reputable shipping lines
available with the most efficient routes.
. For overseas shipments the goods will be consigned
to our local agent, who will assist with the completion
of customs forms and will process the request
for clearance with customs. Once cleared the goods
will be delivered to your employees new home.
. The contents of the shipment will be unwrapped,
unpacked and set up to your requirements. On request
we may leave some of the goods to be unpacked
at your leisure. All debris will be removed at
the time of delivery.
. We would highly recommend insurance cover and
can offer same through our Broker a full All Risk
door to door cover.

This insurance will commence from the time the
crew arrive the your employees home to commence
the packing and will not cease until the goods
have been delivered.
